The National Commission for Civic Education (NCCE) Ledzokuku Municipal office on September 17th, 2025 launched a Civic Education Club at Ford School,Teshie marking a significant step in empowering young Ghanaians with knowledge on civic responsibilities and democratic values.

The launch event saw participation from four schools: Liwain International School, Roosevelt Preparatory School, Ford International School, and Ebenezer Preparatory School. Students from these institutions gathered to learn about civic education, gaining insights into the NCCE’s mandate, vision, and core values by the municipal director Mr. Nicholas Atiogbe.

Madam Rhoda, a health officer provided crucial information on Human Papillomavirus (HPV), emphasizing preventive measures. Notably, girl students aged 9 to 14 were advised to receive available HPV vaccines, highlighting the importance of protection against the virus.
