The Ledzokuku Municipal Assembly in collaboration with the Church of Pentecost, Teshie Zone has successfully organized a massive clean-up exercise in line with the National Sanitation Day observance.
The exercise which began at Teshie Tsuibleoo all the way to the Teshie Cold store areas in the early hours of Saturday, Ist November, 2025 ended at 12 noon.
The Hon. MCE, Israel Adjetey Otchwenmah, who was happy with the turn out and compliance, indicated that plans are far advanced to ensure sustainability as the Assembly has already employed and assigned sweepers to the principal streets and other areas to ensure and maintain sanity.
The MCE, further expressed profound gratitude to the Church of Pentecost – Teshie Zone, the Ghana National Fire Service, Zoomlion Ghana, NADMO, Frimps Oil for providing fuel, former MCE, Mr. Daniel Amartey Mensah who donated water, Assembly Members, Staff and Residents who fully partook in the exercise.
