The Hon. Municipal Chief Executive, Israel Adjetey Otchwenmah met with residents at Penny Agblezaa Electoral Area on Saturday, 19th July, 2025 at the forecourt of Kane Media.
Issues discussed include sanitation, property rate, data issues, security watch-dog, drainage and roads.
The Hon MCE, encourage the property owners to pay their rates to the Assembly in order for the Assembly to generate income for community development.
On sanitation, the Hon MCE advised residents gathered to be citizen vigilantes and report people who engage in open defecation and indiscriminate disposal of waste within the communities.
He further encouraged everyone to fully participate in any clean-up exercise the Assembly intend doing to make Ledzokuku one of the cleanest Municipality in Ghana.
He further reiterated that, sanitation is one of the areas dear to His Excellency President John Dramani Mahama and as his representative he will not relent on his efforts to ensure a safe and healthy environment.
The Municipal Roads Engineer, Mr Charles Nketia also disclosed progress report on the status of work on roads and drainage.
The was time for questions and answers to which residents participated and made the engagement very fruitful and interactive.
