LEDZOKUKU MUNICIPAL ASSEMBLY HOLDS DEBUT STAFF DURBAR TO WELCOME NEW MUNICIPAL CHIEF EXECUTIVE

A staff durbar was held on Thursday 29th, May, 2025 at the forecourt of LekMA for staff to have first formal encounter with their new MCE.
The Municipal Chief Executive, Hon Israel Adjetey Otchweemah who was excited to meet the staff, said his excitement is linked to the the fact that LekMA has a lot of challenges and, he, Israel Adjetey Otchweemah likes challenges as such fuels his firm determination to find solutions, therefore, his presence at LekMA is to be at the forefront of resolving the problems that are hindering the progress of the Municipal Assembly.
The Hon. MCE urged the staff to demonstrate positive attitudes towards work, be punctual, desist from absenteeism, and make judicious use of working hours which will in effect augur well for an institution that seeks to move forward.
The Municipal Coordinating Director for LekMA, Mrs Rhodaline Adwoa Conduah who described the Hon. MCE as a man of few words but more action, thanked him for the good work done and for what he intends doing to lift the image of the Municipal Assembly and Ledzokuku.
She assured the Hon. MCE of the full support of Management and Staff in working together to make LekMA the envy of many.
