On Wednesday , 1st April, 2026, the Mun. Coordinating Director- Mrs. Rhodaline Adwoa Conduah together with the Municipal Budget Officer- Mad Patience and Heads of Department and some selected staff met at the Assembly Hall, LeKMA for the 1st Quarter Budget Committee Meeting for 2026.
The meeting was to access the performance of the Budget Committee and discuss the 2026 Revenue Improvement Action Plan Strategies Performance among others.
The group discussed the 1st quarter Budget performance for 2026 and compared analysis of 2025 and 2026 1st quarter Budget performance. Heads of Department took turns to present their budgets.
