The second and third days of the one-week National Sanitation Day Clean-Up Exercise took place from Manet Junction to Palace Mall. The event was led by Hon. MCE Mr. Israel Adjetey Otchwenmah, MCD Mrs. Rhodaline Adwoa Conduah, Hon. Charles Kotey Ashie, Chairman of the Sanitation Subcommittee, Mun. Environmental Health Officer Madam Doris Lawoe, and several staff members of the Assembly. They mowed the median from Manet Junction to Palace Mall, raked the grass, and collected it in bins. Additionally, they swept sand from the roads and sprayed the grass with herbicides.
