LeKMA SCORES 94% IN 2021 DPAT ASSESSMENT

The Municipal Chief Executive of LEDZOKUKU Municipal Assembly has congratulated the Assembly staff for successfully completing the 2021 DPAT assessment process .
Hon. Mordecai Quarshie reiterated his trust in the staff of the Assembly and said ” the calliber of staff that I have, I shall surely succeed “
Hon. Mordecai Quarshie said this at an exit conference on Thursday at the Assembly Hall.
The staff of LEDZOKUKU Municipal Assembly were taken through the 2021 DPAT assessment process and came out successfully with 94 percent which was highly commendable.

LEDZOKUKU MUNICIPAL PLANNING COMMITTEE (LEKMPC) HOLDS A SPATIAL PLANNING COMMITTEE MEETING

Ledzokuku Municipal Planning Committee (LeKMPC) holds a Spatial Planning Committee meeting on 28th July 2022. The meeting which took place at the conference hall/assembly hall saw the attendance of the M.C.E, Honorable Mordecai Quarshie, the Municipal Chief Director, Engr. John Tsikor, Secretary of the Spatial Planning, key members of the committee and some members of the heads of departments and units of the assembly

LeKMA ELECTS PRESIDING MEMBER

LeKMA ELECTS PRESIDING MEMBER
Assembly members in the Ledzokuku Municipality today held elections to choose a new presiding member. The Hon. Rev. Richard Ayerh Annang, was re-elected after a first two (2) year term. He was contested by Hon. Linda Daad but their fellow members voted massively for him. The re-elected Presiding Member was sworn in soon after the elections by the Ledzokuku Magistrate Judge. When he resumed his seat as the PM at the gathering, Hon. Rev. Annang expressed his appreciation to all who were present, staff members at LeKMA and called for unity to work for the betterment of Ledzokuku.

2ND QUARTER BUDGET COMMITTEE MEETING

The Budget Department of the Ledzokuku Municipal Assembly held their 2nd Quarter Budget meeting on Tuesday, July 12, 2022 at the Municipal Assembly hall. The coordinating Director for the municipal, Eng. John Tsikor was the chairperson for this meeting. In attendance were, Mrs Patience Dogbey Danku, head of the budget\rating unit, staff of the budget\rating unit, Director of health, social welfare and community development, finance officer, head of MIS(Management Information Systems) etc.

LeKMA CELEBRATES EID UL – ADHA

As part of the EID UL – ADHA celebration, the Ledzokuku Municipal Assembly donated a Cow and Cash to our Moslem brothers and Sisters thru’ the Teshie Iman, the Nasara Coordinator and the Hon. Assembly member for Northern and Southern sector (Zongo).
The Municipal Coordinating Director together with the Municipal Finance Officer, donating on behalf of the MCE.

LeKMA HOLDS SECOND QUARTER AND ANNUAL REVIEW MUNICIPAL PLANNING CO-ORDINATING UNIT MEETING (MPCU)

A Second Quarter MPCU meeting of the Ledzokuku Municipal Assembly was held on Tuesday, June 28th, 2022. The meeting which took place at the Assembly Hall saw the attendance of the Municipal Coordinating Director, Ing. John Tsikor and some key heads of Departments and Units at the Assembly. The matters discussed at the meeting included revision of 2022 Annual Action Plan and presentation by Departments and Units on 2022 implemented programmes and projects.
