The former MCE of Lekma, Hon Evelyn Naa Adjeley Twum-Gyamrah, officially handed over the administration of the Assembly to Hon. Mordecai Quarshie who now becomes the MCE of Lekma.

Today, 16th November, 2021, the former MCE of Lekma, Hon Evelyn Naa Adjeley Twum-Gyamrah, officially handed over the administration of the Assembly to Hon. Mordecai Quarshie who now becomes the MCE of Lekma.
The short ceremony took place at the Conference Room of the Assembly and was witnessed by the MCD, Mr Tsikor and the MFO, Mr. Lomotey.
Hon. Evelyn Twum-Gyamrah used the occasion to thank Management and Staff of the Assembly for their cooperation during her tenure. She pledged her total support for the new MCE and added, that her doors are always open.
On his part, Hon Mordecai thanked the former MCE for assuring him of her support.
A new era has dawned on the Ledzokuku Municipal Assembly.

LEDZOKUKU COLLABORATES WITH ASK NANO TO ASSIST BUSINESSES
The Ledzokuku Municipal Assembly in collaboration with a non- governmental organization (NGO) known as BRAVE has created a common platform to assist businesses, organizations and individuals to advertise their products.
The business organizations would enlist on the platform which will be powered by an App to advertise their business. The platform will help the Assembly to locate business operating in the Municipality for effective revenue mobilization.
Anytime you need a business you only go on “ASK Nano” to access the business and location to have your own discussions.
The platform is design in a way that business can create their own profile, post pictures and locations. It is free space where you can advertise your business.
According to the founder, Tracy Owusu Addo, the initiative is a social responsibility of BRAVE to support businesses and the Municipal Assembly
The Municipal Coordinating Director, Mr. John Tsikor expressed his gratitude to the NGO and said it is a good opportunity for the Assembly to know the kind of businesses and their activities in Ledzokuku and it would assist the Assembly in revenue mobilization. “It is a way of creating indirect job for the Assembly and the community”, he stressed.
