MCE DONATES PPE’S TO TRADITIONAL AUTHORITIES AND ASSEMBLY MEMBERS

The Municipal Chief Executive of Ledzokuku Municipal Assembly (LeKMA) Madam Evelyn Naa Adjeley Twum-Dwamerah has presented Personal Protective Equipment (PPES) to the people of LeKMA.
The PPE’s were made up of 3560 pieces each of hand sanitizers and face marks.
She said the purpose of the presentation was to support the traditional authorities and assembly members to ensure compliance of covid 19 protocols in their respective communities.
She also told them to ensure that the people in the municipality continue with the use of the PPE’s to reduce the spread of the virus.
The MCE entreated them not to shy away from the covid 19 vaccine but rather go for it since covid 19 is still with us.
Receiving the items on behalf of the people, the chief of the locality, Gbetsorlo Nii Ashitey Akomfraa III expressed his gratitude to the MCE for the gesture. He also urged the people to make themselves available for the medical team to vaccinate them.
Gbetsorlor Nii Ashitey Akomfraa assured the MCE that he will use local means to convince the people of Ledzokuku to take the covid vaccine.

Hon.Evelyn Twum-Gyamrah taking her jab of the covid-19 vaccine at the LEKMA Hospital

This morning, 2nd March, 2021, the Municipal Chief Excutive of Ledzokuku Municipal Assembly, *Hon.Evelyn Twum-Gyamrah* took her jab of the covid-19 vaccine at the LEKMA Hospital.
The covid 19 vaccine(Astrazeneca) is safe and it does not alter ones DNA, neither does it implant any chip in the body.
Lets all visit the nearest vaccination centre and take our jab.
